Marketing Manager
RESPONSIBILITIES
The role will include managing and executing our marketing plan for 2021 and beyond. The role will initially be executional role but will grow into a strategic and managerial role as the business grows and the team expands within our group.
Key responsibilities include:
(A) Marketing Strategy:
Develop and define the marketing strategy for M.Tech:
- Assist in the development of the marketing plan
- Manage the marketing plan for the year centred around both external and internal teams, industry partners, events and other opportunities. (Including but not limited to: events, advertising, social media, website re-launch?, EDM and any relevant print/3rd party advertising)
- Develop a lead acquisition strategy (including but not limited to content strategy, CRM management, digital advertising etc.) which will be used as a funnel to drive leads to the business and sales team.
- Define the brand and ensure our offering is aligned with what our clients’ want, and identify any opportunities we can identify to help steer the overall business strategy and to ensure we are keeping relevant to what the market needs.
(B) Marketing Execution:
In line with defined Marketing and lead acquisition strategies, organise, manage and execute our marketing communications in line with defined opportunities including:
- Manage and maintain marketing leads and their communications through a CRM
- Event Management for Industry Events (ARN, CRN, Vendor)
- Event Coordination for Mtech Clients/Partners (Including but not limited to: Platform Q&A Sessions, Partner Events, Client Drinks)
- Collaboration with clients for their events or launches – co-marketing opportunities
- Website and social channel Management
- LinkedIn Sales Navigator, engage & connect with the right people in the relevant verticals for events and sales acquisition
- Generate and maintain content on the Mtech case studies,
(C) Reporting:
- Track and report on the progress of the marketing team and its performance – this will be presented to the leadership team on a monthly basis
- Take part in leadership WIP meetings to present progression to marketing plan and update on overall performance and pivot points
(D) Branding:
- Ensure all collateral, public facing information/proposal documents and client touch points are consistent, engaging and in line with Mtech brand values and messaging
- Raise brand awareness of Mtech through effective brand placement and thorough understanding of Mtech competitor’s activities (Ensure this is measured through performance-based marketing)
- Ensure our offering is aligned with what our clients want, and identify any opportunities we can identify to help steer the overall business strategy
(E) Sales:
- Ensure the sales team is equipped with the relevant knowledge of the brand, its competitors and its current market position.
- Work with the sales team closely on capitalising on lead gen and joint sales/marketing opportunities and events.
REQUIREMENTS:
The ideal candidate will have had at least 2 years’ experience in a marketing role and will be able to meet the following criteria:
- A degree in Marketing, Business or a relevant discipline desirable but not essential
- Experience with managing creative for a brand
- Strong analytics background
- Experience hosting/co-ordinating marketing focussed events for a brand
- Demonstrated experience of building, maintaining and utilising successful relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to influence across the organisation
The candidate will be a superb communicator with outstanding interpersonal and innovative marketing skills. This is strengthened by their organisation, creativity and attention to detail. They will also have had experience in nurturing a portfolio of prospective marketing leads. An understanding of google analytics and managing budgets will be seen favourably but is not essential.

Inside Sales Representative
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Take ownership of the assigned vendors and drive renewal engagement and focus on customer retention
- Forge strong working relationships with field sales and product managers
- Collaborate with vendor renewals teams
- High level of efficacy in relating vast amounts of data accurately
- Become a product specialist within various product lines in order to best identify sales opportunities
- Pro-actively manage and prioritize the weekly, monthly and quarterly renewal activities
- Ability to work to achieve set targets and deadlines
- Ability to forecast
- Verify the data integrity of all quotes and purchase orders
- Interpret raw data sets and conduct data analysis
- Drive increased renewal rates with vendors and resellers
- Interact and pro-actively communicate with internal teams to fulfill the maintenance quotes
- Obtain appropriate internal approvals, where necessary
- Leads and customer information entry into our Sales system
- Preparation of Proposals and Quotations
REQUIREMENTS:
- Experience in Sales Administration preferred.
- Able to work independently and perform under pressure.

Presales Consultant (Sydney)
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Technical pre-sales support to our partners and customers through all stages of the sales process
- Present M.Tech product set’s technical value proposition to customers and partners effectively
- Able to respond to functional and technical elements of RFIs/RFPs
- Conduct and Ensure success of customer on site or remote proof-of-concepts (POCs)
- Develop technical knowledge of M.Tech product’s set and associated technologies
- Proactively seek out new sales opportunities by developing new technical relationships within prospective accounts
- Able to convey customer requirements to Product Management teams
REQUIREMENTS:
- 2+ years of experience in a Customer facing position
- A Subject Matter Expert understanding of security concepts and the development of security roles within organizations that meet functional, technical and regulatory requirements
- Relevant experience with enterprise applications, security management, systems management, identity management, and/or policy management solutions.
- Superior communication and interpersonal skills; ability to build relationships at multiple levels to work cross organizationally toward solutions; excellent leadership and consensus building skills
- Excellent Presentation skills as well as the ability to build and present high quality product demonstrations to both technical and executive audiences
- Certifications programmes will need to be successfully completed to enable the technical side of the role.
Optional:
- Experience with Windows/Active Directory administration and operations, Unix/Linux.
- Operational experience with LDAP Directories, and LDAP Authentication methods
- Enterprise application authentication experience (ie, .NET, Java, CLI)
- Scripting knowledge
- Security certification (CEH,CISSP)

Product Manager (Sydney)
RESPONSIBILITIES
- To manage and grow suite of Cyber Security products, technical services and other related services.
- To drive service creation, service and service quality enhancement of its products and to increase market share and profitability by continuous product enhancements, operation improvements, and product marketing and pricing strategies.
- Analyse market conditions and provide critical inputs to management for medium and long term business planning
- Create and maintain the business cases for strategic pricing and non-standard terms and conditions
- Collaborate with service delivery and operation team to ensure effective product delivery mechanism is maintained.
- Support sales team to win/ retain customers by providing competitive pricing and customized solution/ SLA if required
- Analysing potential partner relationships for the product
- Specifying market requirements for current and future products by conducting market research supported by on-going visits to customers and non-customers.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Possess at least a tertiary certification in IT related fields.
- Applicants without this educational qualification may still apply but they must have at least 3-5 years’ of relevant experience in the IT industry
- A good sales track record of computer networks and IT security will be an advantage
- Prior experience working in distributor environment preferred
- Strong leadership, team building and logical thinking
